The brewing module is a part of Coffee Skills Program by the Specialty Coffee Association. The Brewing module provides hands-on learning on grind profiles, brewing methods, measuring coffee strength and charting a coffee’s extraction. There are three levels to the training program – Foundation, Intermediate and Professional. All levels train and prepare you for theoretical and practical hands-on instructions for a range of devices including automatic and manual gravity brewers, as well as other commonly used brewers within their local culture.
The program is taught by our authorized Specialty Coffee Trainer Erhan Dizbay. Awarded with Coffee Diploma, he is one of the only two trainers authorized to teach the three SCA modules, in Berlin.
