KENYA IHARA AA
The Kiangai Factory is one of nine factories that form part of the Kibirigwi Cooperative Society. The Kiangai Factory is named for its history, as it was previously a place where elders of the surrounding villages went to perform ritual ceremonies. Production process: Cherries are hand sorted for unripes and overripes by the farmers before they go in to production. The coffee is fermented for 16-24 hours under closed shade. The good thing with the system in Kenya is that everything is more or less separated into small lots and different grades.
